Quality control reporting to management who make the decision to allow or deny product release & emphasizes testing of products to uncover defects , whereas quality assurance attempts to improve and stabilize production & associated processes to avoid, or at least minimize, issues which led to the defect(s) in the first place.

Quality Assurance: that the development and or maintenance process is adequate to ensure a system will meet its objectives a set of activities designed to ensure.
Quality Control: a developed work product, A set of activities designed to evaluate.
Quality control, or QC for short, is a process by which entities review ISO 9000 defines quality control as “A part of quality management focused on fulfilling quality requirements” the quality of all factors involved in production.
This three aspects approach places an emphasis on:
- Elements such as job management, controls, defined & performance, well managed processes & integrity criteria, & identification of records
- Competence, such as skills, experience, knowledge, & qualifications
- Soft elements, such as personnel organizational culture, integrity, confidence, team spirit, & motivation quality relationships.
Controls include examined product inspection, visually, where every product is and often using a stereomicroscope for fine detail before the product is sold into the external market. Product defects such as cracks will be provided or for example surface blemishes Inspectors with lists & descriptions of unacceptable . These three aspects is deficient in any way if any of the quality of the outputs is at risk.
